Arlington Ridge Golf Club
Designed by golf professional and NBC-TV commentator Gary Kochh, The Arlington Ridge Golf Club championship course features a river that winds all along the southern boundary. Centuries-old oaks have a commanding presence throughout all 18 holes. These majestic oak canopies provide picture-worthy backdrops to greens and fairways along the way. Ranging from 4,877 yards from the front tees and 6,610 total yards from the back tees, the course's respectable par 71 is truly member-friendly. With 5 sets of tee boxes at each hole it's the kind of course you can play every day and have a new challenge each time. If you're a good golfer, you'll enjoy the subtle nuances of well-placed hazards, elevated greens, and dogleg approaches. If you're a beginner, you'll still have a great shot at finishing a good round. Everyone heads to the 19th hole happy.

The Orlando course at the Country Club of Mount Dora is a mere 6,571 yards from the back tees; but, that should not lull golfers into a false sense of security – there are plenty of obstacles throughout the course. For instance, water is a factor on 16 of the 18 holes and sand traps are everywhere. As a result, golfers are forced to strategize and focus on their shots. The fairways are narrow and are lined with pine trees and the greens are elevated. This scenic course is located at the highest elevation in Florida.
